Peddle Thorp Group is an independent company, practising in Architecture, Planning and Interior Design, consisting of a number of business units relating to different markets or specialist areas, with offices in Melbourne, Asia and the Middle East. Peddle Thorp Architects is our commercial architectural arm and the core operation of our office and covers a number of industry sectors including sports architecture, commercial offices, residential & hotels, aquariums, industrial and retail. 

Having been in business since the mid 1980’s and with staff numbers of over 100 locally and 300+ overseas, we confirm that we have the financial stability, expertise and experience in order to successfully undertake projects of any size or complexity.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Demaine Partnership is an architectural practice with a deep heritage in Melbourne, with projects dating from its founding in South Yarra in 1938, that include some of Melbourne’s landmarks.

More recently, the practice has specialized in high end residential development in Toorak and South Yarra, prestige clubhouses, resort and luxury hotel design, luxury interiors, boutique workplace design, sustainable architecture and large scale urban design.

In all these areas, Demaine Partnership concentrates on the creation of places that are human centred: elegant, warm, inviting, and functional, fully integrated with their settings and designed to stand the test of time.

Jack Merlo leads Australia’s premier landscape architecture studio. Each project receives his personal attention, from the initial client brief to the final contract documentation.

Renowned for his impeccable landscape architecture and collaborative approach, Jack Merlo and his team elevate outdoor spaces through principles of beauty, harmony, and sustainability.

Working with leading architects and other design disciplines, we are creating some exciting outdoor spaces for passive and active recreational use that can cater for smaller private gatherings or larger groups.

Rather than trying to follow and create trends, we prefer to take a restrained approach to design using quality natural materials and planting selections suited to the site conditions to create outdoor spaces that will stand the test of time.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

HLA are an established practice with over thirty years (30 years) experience working throughout Victoria, NSW and Queensland on a range of Multi-Residential Developments, Business Parks, Industrial Estates and Residential Resort Living projects. 

With an outstanding team of experienced staff who have all completed a Masters in Landscape Architecture at Melbourne University, HLA have received UDIA Awards in 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 for innovative and high-quality landscape design on a range of development projects.

HLA has a broad Client base, regularly collaborates and liaises with a diverse range of Clients, from large Corporations through to boutique Consultant practices.
